Mayor Joie P. Perales lauded the 4 personnel of Bantay Dagat who rescued a fisherman whose fishing boat capsized during the height of a strong wind.

In her message, Mayor Perales said :Such act of heroism and bravery should be echoed in the 4 corners of our beloved city. May their heroic virtue gives us all the inspiration to be hero by taking our active role in the transformation of our city.
